DCoy Volleyball HTML Email Template & Campaign Management
DCoy Volleyball had a custom HTML email template code on file, but needed full integration into the Mail Chimp interface for maximum productivity.
An updated template was coded with Adobe Dreamweaver, allowing for installation into the Mail Chimp front-end email editor. This change enables all employees to create and send DCoy Volleyball e-newsletters without editing raw code. Template testing was executed across all major email clients to ensure functionality and proper display.
Additionally, an evaluation of list management and campaign segmentation was conducted. A strategy was implemented to create more targeted groups based on data collected during website account registration.
